How to Make the Perfect Deviled Egg Flight
Step 1: Hard-Boil Your Eggs
Place Chino Valley Ranchers Pasture-Raised Eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool before peeling.
Step 2: Prep the Filling
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash them with mayonnaise until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
Step 3: Mix in the Flavors
To create a deviled egg flight, divide the yolk mixture into 12 small bowls. Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of the flavor add-ins from the list above into each portion and mix well.
Step 4: Fill & Garnish
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites and top with any additional garnishes.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and serve immediately. Whether you’re watching the big game or hosting a party, these flavorful bites are sure to be a crowd favorite.
