Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins, toasted

  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese

  • Leftover turkey

How to Make It

Step 1: Prepare the Egg Bake

Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly oil a rectangular baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, chopped spinach, sea salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
